regarding the event with H.E. Evo Morales Ayma, President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia


Will the event be open to the public?

The lecture of H.E. Evo Morales is open to the public. Because of limited seats in the Auditorium Maximum (H105) guests are requested to register for the event until October 23rd latest. The lecture in the Auditorium Maximum will be in Spanish. A live broadcast will be arranged with translation into German in lecture hall H 104.

Where will the lecture of the President take place?

The lecture of H.E. Evo Morales will take place in the Auditorium Maximum (H105) of the main building of the TU Berlin, Straße des 17. Juni 135, 10623 Berlin.

A live broadcast will be arranged with translation into German in the opposite lecture hall H 104.

Can I park on TU-campus premises?

Parking will be limited on the Straße des 17. Juni. Parking on the small street directly in front of the main building will not be possible on that day. We recommend that you use public transportation.

Can I park my bicycle in front of the main building?

Currently no restrictions in the area of the bicycle stands infront of the main building are planned.

Am I allowed to take pictures?

Guests are requested not to take flash photographs of the guests of honor during the lecture. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code to this event is smart casual.

Can I bring food or drinks to the event?

We kindly ask you not to bring any food or drinks into the lecture halls. Jackets and bags can be stored at the wardrobe.

Can I bring luggage (laptops etc.) to the lecture?

Due to security reasons, guests will not be allowed to bring any large bags or other large items inside the lecture halls. Laptops are permitted if the sound is switched off.

Will regular lectures and courses take place in the Audimax (H105) or in H 104 on November 4th?

Due to the event all regular lectures will be moved from the Audimax (H105) and H 104 to other lecture halls on that day.

I have a question for President Evo Morales. How can I communicate this?

Please the registration for your question for the President. A number of those questions will be answered within the framework of the event.

Will a live stream be available?

There will be no live stream online for this event.

Will there be translation provided?

This event will be fully in Spanish. Simultaneous translation into German will be provided in lecture hall H 104 via live broadcast.

Information on registration

Can I bring accompanying parties including children?

Accompanying guests will need to register individually with their email address. Guests with children please contact us by using the "Your message" field in the registration form. For safety resaons no strollers/buggies can be allowed in the lecture halls.

If you have registered online and did not receive an automatic confirmation of registration by email, please check your SPAM-folder.

I have not received my entrance ticket yet. What can I do?

If you are registered for the event, you will receive your entrance ticket until November 2nd, latest. Should you not receive your ticket until then, please contact us at .

My email address has changed.

We will need an e-mail address from you in order to send you your personal entrance ticket.You can modify your data under your personalized link until October 26th.

After that date please contact us by email in case of any changes: .

Can you reserve a seat for me?

Since we are expecting a large number of guests, it is not possible to reserve individual seats.

Can I cancel my attendance?

You can cancel your participation at any time under your personalized link.

My ID has expired. What can I do?

For security resaons you will need a valid photo identification. This can also be another valid document with your photograph (e.g. driver's license).

Your entrance ticket

I have not received my entrance ticket yet. What can I do?

Please check your SPAM-folder. Depending on the configuration of your email client, important information might sometimes be classified as SPAM.

I have received an entrance ticket. However I cannot view any of the graphics (QR-Code, floor plan). What should I do?

Please make sure that you have activated HTML in your email client in order to be able to view the graphics. Security settings might sometimes hide this particular content.

I have received an entrance ticket however I cannot attend the event. Can I give the ticket to someone else?

You can modify (e.g. by appointing a representative) or cancel your registration under your personal link until November, 2nd. All entrance tickets are personalized.

I received a ticket for the live-broadcast in H104. Will I be able to see the guests of honor and to follow the lecture?

All guests with an entrance ticket will have the opportunity to see the President live.

Currently we are planning a short preliminary program upon arrival of our honorable guests in lectur hall H 104. This will be followed by a live broadcast of the lecture with simultaneous translation into German.

I am a journalist. How can I register?

Please register using the regular registration form and selecting "Presse" in the field "Status". You will receive further information on your contact prior to the event with your entrance ticket.
